I have had the tremendous support over the past 12 years & 8 month’s from marvellous Mark and Cherie Poulter from delightful Veraison Restaurant, at 1891 Point Nepean Rd, Tootgarook- just past Rosebud, Victoria, we have all developed such wonderful friendships during this time and I hold them both in the highest regard. Miffy’s obsession and lifelong affinity of sea -shell collecting and visiting the magnificent Victorian Beaches,
It’s been a passion of mine since I was of the age of ten seashell collecting deceased old seashell stunner’s, seashells are considered to Miffy mesmerising and represented throughout her artworks they evoke seaside me motives of times spent over our spring and summer month spent at the beach enjoying the calming and restorative effects that the ocean has on all of us.
Miffy has been operating her She Shell Art By Miffy business since 24/06/2010, after resigning from working for Myer Melbourne, working directly within the hospitality industry for 7 and 1/2 years. I pursued my passion of running my self -employed business as a Australian Artist/Creator, I am living the dream!.
Being by the water is one of life’s greatest privileges . Whether you live by the coast, seaside or not, having that feeling of fresh sea air and sea spray on you’re faces.

This She Shell Art By Miffy website online-store selling product item base wasn’t handcrafted nor handmade by Miffy Pittaway, I pre-purchased this item base internationally from Indonesian. It’s constructed out of heavy duty metal and sustainable natural handwoven rattan.
As within this artist’s home country of Australia I cannot locally source the materials myself, however I have added a uniquely Australia decorating style with Victorian beaches collected 40-year old non-alive, non-critically endangered, non-threatened nor non -exotic species of seashell stunner’s all of Miffy’s personal collection’s of them where collected along Sandy Point Surf Beach, Shallow Inlet, Waratah Bay Beach all located down in South Gippsland, Country Victoria within Australia.
I have beautifully and exquisitely style designed this pre-purchased item with genuine beach driftwood, beach porcelain shards all collected along Flinders Beach , Mornington Peninsula , Victoria within Australia.This piece took me 3-month’s to compete the decorating styling and the first 4- day’s spray-painting this unbleached and natural handwoven lifebuoy wall artwork item , secondly after day two of the 4-day’s I spent using protective clear spay to prevent discolouration , anti-fading , waterproofing and more .
